Had a fantastic family holiday! The food was consistently tasty and the themed buffet nights were a highlight. The pools right outside our room provided the perfect escape for our kids. the entertainment options in the evenings left much to be desired. it felt a bit repetitive after a few nights.

We enjoyed the fantastic pools and even had access to a water park which kept both the kids and our two dogs entertained! The staff were great. they made sure everything was shining clean and always brought a refreshing drink upon arrival.

My wife says that evening entertainment could be more engaging.

i had a great time at aqua bay hotel. the staff were super friendly and gave us a warm welcome with a drink as soon as we arrived. our room was nice and clean, and there were plenty of pools to choose from right outside. the food was pretty good too, with lots of variety, especially during the theme nights. and the kids loved the water park which was so close and had loads of fun slides.

but the evening entertainment was really bad, not enough options, and it felt boring. also, the room we had felt a bit cramped for a family of four.

The welcoming drinks, the attentive staff, the cleanliness was absolutely remarkable.

I absolutely adored the multiple smaller pools scattered around the property. it made relaxing feel so private while still being family-friendly! The welcome gesture with food after my late arrival was a lovely touch, ensuring I was comfortable right away. Plus, the free access to the on-site water park kept the kids entertained for hours—there was never a dull moment!
